Was given a different therapist to the one listed here. The therapist waxed me but she double dipped the wax which is very unhygienic. Also she waxed the same area five or six times even though I have very fine hair. Don’t know if this is inexperience or bad quality wax? I’ve been having waxes for the last 8yrs with many different therapists and this was a very bad experience. The staff here were very pushy for a review and practically blocked my way out to ask for a review there and then.

Had to wait nearly 30 mins for my appointment after booking days in advance as they “hadn’t realised an appointment was booked”. Waxing room was untidy and manicure was rushed and chipped in under 24 hours. Contacted Angel directly but no response
