I went in for a take off which was good. But the mini manicure itself was not good. The colour didn’t look like the reference colour. She filed my nails down very rough and none of the other matched. The colour was put on lousy and they were ruined after 10mins of them being “dry” and then it’s been two days later and they have already chipped/are coming off. Would not recommend, and would definitely not pay £23 for them, really disappointed and will not be back.

Shockingly bad massage. Therapist had rough hands and long nails. The head massage part was really uncomfortable. Someone knocked on the door part way through and therapist stopped to have a conversation with them. Will never visit again, total waste of money.

The service was ok, as was the pedicure, however it all felt very rushed and not relaxing. I also have knee problems and found the placement of the chairs really hard to get in and out of.
