Not prepped very well and putting top coat on my toes while the heater was drying them was not a good idea and left smudge nails.

Sadly, the nail tech cut my nails so short that they cut into my skin and it bled. Then the nail tech started being dismissive and blaming me for not specifying the length. I got a ‘I am sorry’ at the end of the service eventually. Sadly I won’t be ever coming back there for any sort of treatment.
