The salon wasn’t open for the time that I had booked my appointment so I first of all had to wait for the lady to arrive, and then wait a further 15 minutes for the wax to heat up.
I upgraded my wax to a hot wax, and after the service, when the redness went down I saw that she had missed whole section of hairs on both sides. Absolute waste of money would never come here again. Have tried to contact the salon multiple times on different platforms for a refund but have been ignored every time.
