What went well -
Manpreet did a really good job on my nails, took a lot of care with them, and answered my questions as it was my first time getting gel extensions. I would recommend her service.
To improve - threading done by Lee, got some cut and all the hair was not properly removed. Another staff was happy to fix it as much as possible when I requested. The overall atmosphere was a little chaotic, and I feel some of the junior staff could use more professional training.
