The massage itself was quite good (a little gently for my liking considering I have quite a lot of knots in my shoulders etc). However, I felt that the treatment room didn't have much atmosphere and was quite sterile. The masseuse appeared to be in a rush and didn't spend any time speaking to me about what I would like from the treatment which I found frustrating. The experience was reflected in the price but if you want a tailored service, I wouldn't recommend it.
