Cleanliness can be greatly improved. The massage bedding looked like it was not changed. The quality of the cover both on the massage bedding looked and the one used to cover you. Very synthetic and not comfortable on the skin.

The eyebrow threading was ok, the thread snapped every few seconds. The lash lift was the biggest disaster. I have it done regularly and it just felt like she hadn’t got a clue how to do it. I know it step by step. My lashes were not cleaned beforehand. Someone had to come help at one point. At the end she actually wiped the product into my eyes causing it to burn and told me to wash it when I shouldn’t get it wet for 24-48hrs. Wouldn’t give me a refund to compensate as my lashes didn’t lift.
