Crap hygiene practices. My cuticle bled after a too-hard application of the electronic nail file and instead of antibacterial care and sterilisation of equipment, I got a numbing gel which did absolutely nothing

I have been using them for some time for my eyebrows, but this time, for the first time, I had my nails done there. They charged me extra for French nails, and they started to peel the next day, so I don’t think I’ll do my nails there again.
