I had to explain 3 times what I wanted but they did a good job at providing that. Service and cleanliness was good saying that I didn't like that the bed still had the sheet on from previous clients and had to sit in past clients wax for my treatment.

It was overall a nice experience. Very pleased with end result of new set of acrylic nails. Little bit rough with the nail file, which hurt my cuticles/nails but otherwise a great job.

On the whole, a really positive experience with my leg wax and facial. Super relaxing and the least painful leg wax I’ve ever had. Very friendly beautician and we had a nice chat. Less impressed with my nails. I think the lady doing them rushed somewhat, and didn’t file my nails enough at the start. Looked great on the day, but less than a week has passed and one has chipped and the other has fallen off, one is cracking. She also didn’t do my cuticles at all. I think I’m going to have to remove them myself which is disappointing. I’ll be back, but not for nails.
