The wooden (normally one time) spatula that is dipped in the hot wax before applied to skin was reused multiple times, not sure I saw the beautician actually change it. Meaning any particles from my skin (or people before me) would go back into the wax... I should have said something but being quite exposed (Brazilian) I did not dare. Also seemed like the towel was not fresh. I would not go back not recommend going there.
