Classic Lashes
I thought the salon was quite clean and welcoming and kept good social distance, however I found it a bit unprofessional to ask clients to pay £1 for their own nail files and used covid as an excuse. This should be standard practice that these items do not get reused between customers even during normal times and find it a really strange practice.

The back massage and facial was really good, but massage oil was put in my scalp which took a while to get out and I would have appreciated being asked before this happened as I'd just washed my hair that morning and had to walk around town with oily hair. The massage studio could benefit from some louder music too as you could hear all the chat and children shouting in the nail area while getting a massage.
