The therapist was a lovely woman but the treatment was 20 minutes late and the waxing reminded me of trying to do my own leg wax at home! Salon appears understaffed.
The massage itself was okay, but the experience itself would lead me to never go back. 30 mins waiting at the venue, barely a grunt from the woman as I approached the desk, when I did go into the room the bed was dirty and had stains and hairs on it, the dim light didn’t work so she had on a full bright light and noisy fan. Towels not clean and had definitely been reused. Avoid!
The place was already familiar to me. The staff is always professional and kind.
I do my Holywood waxing for many years now in different places and the professional at Angel's was very good and professional. I will be returning to do the waxing using another hot wax for sensitive skin.
