The lady who removed my acrylic was great. She spent the time taking it off without using a drill to protect my nails, which I really appreciated. Would definitely consider using them again.

My wax was with Gigi- she was extremely professional and made me feel surprisingly comfortable considering I was having a Brazilian. Would definitely ask for her next time. Thanks!

Unfortunately I asked for a Brazilian Wax, and was told later that they only wax the front. And its £7 - £10 extra for the rest. Therefore marked down for receiving an incomplete service.

very comfortable and nice staff although a little short staffed for a bank holiday so lots of inreruptions
