Turned up and was told they had not noticed the booking (booked the day before and the treatment was late afternoon and was there in the system when they checked) and now had nobody available to carry out the treatment... complete waste of time on our day off, sent home with no treatment.
Accidentally booked my appointment for the wrong day but the lady I spoke said it was not a problem and sorted it all for me! Got my lashes removed and it only took 20 minutes. Very very happy.
