I pre-paid £9 for a mini pedicure via Treatwell for 5 September 2018 at Angel Beauty Parlour in the Whiftgift Centre, Croydon. I had the pedicure but, after I had the pedicure, ABP insisted I paid another £16 because they had given me a spa pedicure. I have never had a pedicure before so I was unaware what a spa pedicure entailed. I explained that as I had pre-paid £9 and had received an email confirming my booking, I would have thought the details would have been entered as a mini pedicure on their system. I also explained that I was on a tight budget and would not have booked it if I had known it was going to cost me £25 (£9 + £16 = £25). I would have gone elsewhere. I will not be using ABP in the future and I would not recommend them.

After just 10 days all nails extensions started to full down, it wasn’t pretty.....
Sumera was a delight and assisted me really nicely. She is really good at the massage and knows what she is doing.
