I booked my treatment via your website and promptly arrived on time. On arrival I was asked for payment and was asked for £25. I informed the staff member that it was £22.50 online via your website. I was informed this was incorrect and I should pay the correct amount. I refused as it is not my fault the prices are different. I was made to feel uncomfortable for this and was not content to be treated in this way.
had to wait ages to be seen (30 min). rushed my eyelashes and left them uneven.
I had to wait 20 mins before my treatments started which wasn't ideal and I kept on being asked to pay even though I had already paid for my treatments upfront via the Treatwell app. The treatments themselves were good however I'm not sure I would re-book here.
