Even thought I had to wait over 20 minutes before starting my treatment & the staff was not ready for me. They where polite & friendly. The lady that did my lashes did them very well & quick. Am very please with them
Second time I’ve been here, first time was not great but thought I would give benefit of the doubt! When I arrived, they didn’t have my booking on the system but did accommodate me however the poor girl was rushing so much and looking over her shoulder the entire time! I felt so uneasy and it was not the relaxing experience I booked in for. She messed up a few nails but did redo these and was super apologetic. The manicure with shellac is extremely pricey compared to other places locally despite the quality being not up to scratch. I wouldn’t mind paying more for better service, but paying more for less? I won’t return. They don’t have enough staff and it’s too expensive!
It was ok but tatty. The girl conversed in their own language which is rude. An old man arrived moaning in a foreign language was quite uncomfortable and thegirls seemed upset. My nails were nice the girl that did them worked hard but did not feel like a pampering experience. I won't go back
