Once again had to wait although I had an appointment booked! The explanation I'm given every time by the staff is that they are not able to access the Online appointment bookings system...!! Why have an online booking system if NO one is able to access to view the bookings?! Not good enough and no professionalism shown by the staff.
When I arrived at Angel Beauty, I was told the booking I had made on Treatwell was not available, as they hadn't seen it. So I was asked to wait a further 40 minutes. Luckily, I had shopping to do, so was able to come back 40 mins later.
The treatment I received was rushed, rough and uncomfortable. During the application of the eyelash extensions, the eyelash technician proceeded to press on my eyelid and tug harshly. Also, she continuely prized my eyes open when applying the glue, making them sting and water. I will not be returning to this salon.
