After the nail technician stopped mid way as they had started to do the wrong treatment, I decided to ask for chrome nails, I kinda wish I hadn't due to the problems that happened. Nail technician did not give me smooth immaculate nails. One or 2 look fine but the rest have got crinkles and bumps and the pigment look odd. The top coat looked old and gloopy and is probably the reason for this.My annoyance would be don't let a technician undertake a treatment if they are not entirely confident on how to do it.
The salon itself needs a bit of a facelift but the staff were very friendly & skilled at treatments.
Parlour was understaffed. Although I had booked an appointment, I was seen late and when I was seen it all felt very rushed!
