Not the best shellac I have had, my file wasn't the neatest. The staff were nice although I did have to wait even though I had appointment. Pedicure was very good. A bit pricey for an average experience
Was kept waiting 10-15 mins as they couldn't find my appointment. Had to sit on the pedicure station and not the nail station. Which was slightly awkward, as i had to twist myself around. The overall salon is slightly ageing with things like sellotape keeping the desk together etc. Could look better. The nails were OK but i had to pick off the gel polish that was on my skin around the nails but i am blaming that on my short nails.
Although I was kept waiting for 20 mins when I was seen I was dealt with promptly and the staff member was polite and courteous.
For the cost of£18 I was pleased with the shellac nail polish which was applied and the results.
Friendly staff as usual and great treatment. Only minor issue would be their time keeping which I always seem to find
