Really bad experience. My cuticles bled and I have scabs on most them. I had to go elsewhere the same day and have my nails redone as they were so poorly done. They were uneven with big lumps of acrylic in places. My index fingernail was concave in shape. A really bad experience and I wish I'd read the reviews before wasting my money and leaving me with painful scabs on my cuticles.
I had an appointment booked for 12 but when I turned up all three therapists were busy with clients and said I had to wait for 20mins although I had an appointment. They stated they had no knowledge of what time my appointment was as the manager was away and she is the only one who can access the system..! Not acceptable at all, they really don't understand the meaning of professionalism!
No frills salon, but did a good job. Have paid for expensive facials in the past and thought I could have just slapped a face mask on myself, so nice to have a proper deep cleanse.
