Staff were not welcoming or professional, while doing my nails friends of the technician stood around the table chatting to her while she worked on my nails, while filing my nails she was very fast / rough, I had to tell her she was hurting me & to slow down. I will never visit this parlour again!

I had an appointment at 10am and was made to wait for at least 15mims before I got seen. I felt the pedicure was a bit rushed and there was not really a foot massage included as stated on their description of spa pedicure.
