Friendly, efficient and fast treatment and staff. Would always go there again.
The worst experience as ever. First, nobody understood how Treatwell booking worked when I arrived and needed to explain to the manager. Then, they said that the price does not include some essential works. The nailist did cuticle removal which she insisted not included the price, but was doing this for my favour. However, she hurt me by ripping through the finger skin by doing in too much force and I was bleeding. She soaked my finger into the anticeptic liquid which was painful, but she never apologized. Bleeding did not stop for a while, and I ended up buying bandage in Boots on my way back. I will not go there again.
The price paid at the venue was higher than the one showed on the application when I booked the appointment. They don't have POS so u can only pay cash. I am not that pleased with the eyebrow threading, but the hollywood waxing was ok.
