What a treat. I had the paraffin pedicure reduced from £72 to £32. I spent two hours in a massage chair chatting with the lovely therapist and browsing a magazine. Bliss. The therapist was lovely and very attentive and has made my feet like new with a slick of fresh colour too. I love this place. I'll definitely be back.
I had to wait over the time of my appointment 13 mins extra wait. No one apologised for how long I had to wait. And I felt that if we booked appointment only and they are late in serving the customers then it should be deducted from how much we had to prepay and we should pay less Once I got my nails done the lady was quite rude asking / assuming that I smoke cigarettes just because my nails were a bit tinted. I have never smoked in my life so I was very offended! The only reason my nails were yellow was because I had taken tan tablets which made it tan my nails Aswell as my hand and because I previously had yellow nail polish and when I took it off it left a stain a bit. That wasn’t classy of the questions they asked the staff. Was unprofessional. When I got my massage the woman kept talking to me when I was suppose to be relaxing asking me if I’m a house wife when I’m a college student and I’m only 20 I don’t even have a house yet and I don’t even have a boyfriend / husband And also saying that I have a double chin making me feel insecure about myself. The staff can say things that makes you feel insecure about yourself or offensive not classy at all.
Probably the worst experience at a nail salon. It’s the East Croydon branch. The girl who did my nail seemed completely had no idea what she’s doing. She kept leaving me and doing something else and she always has no smiles whatsoever. She barely said a word or asking what I wanted which mean she gives a 0% shit about her customers. The result is obviously a completely disaster. Some other staff seem better though. Didn’t even bother to ask her name as I will never ever go back there again.
