Bit rushed, but very gentle and careful. Virtually pain free, but left me with patches of missed bits... which another company would have tweezed.... but great service otherwise

Was taken in 20 minutes late then had a strip wax (for a Hollywood!) and wasn't asked if that was ok. All the hairs weren't removed and I wasn't asked at the end before the therapist left the room if I was happy with the result.
