It was great to get a last minute appointment but I will be reluctant to go back. The colourist was very experienced and knew what she was talking about but overall in general all the staff were lacking professionalism. There were rude hand gestures being made which was awkward. I was told my leave in treatment will be in my hair for about 5 mins and I was left at the back wash for about 20 mins. When I checked the time my parking was due to expire so I asked for the quickest and easiest blow dry. Big mistake my hair was being pulled and tugged like there was no tommorow. Not my fault I got left at the backwash and now you’re having to rush. Finish wasn’t the best. And I still got dye on my top 🤷🏻♀️ overall 4/10 for me.
Hair Colouring
went in for just a trim and got a very good wash with head massage and fast blow dry.
