Problem with the booking system to the whole experience was not very relaxed. Waxing was also with strip wax not hot wax.

3rd time I’ve been to this salon and it’s always a smooth experience. There was a bit of a wait this time as someone had gone home sick, but the staff were attentive and kept me posted on how long my wait would be, offered me drinks and took my coat, so I didn’t mind at all. The actual wax is always quick and (relatively) painless, and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!
