I’d decided to try a new hairdressers as the previous one I went to were not so good - I have very long hair which gets tangled easily and I spent hours having my hair tugged and torn. I told my new hairdresser of this experience and she was incredibly gentle. She told me how I can care for my hair better without trying to force a load of expensive products on me. She was warm and friendly and my haircut was great! I will absolutely be going back!

Good experience with friendly staff. However, the salon did overbook so I had to wait an extra 20 mins after my appointment slot, after they had already swapped my appointment the day before.
