Alena was working so hard and so was the lovely blonde lady who washed my hair. The salon was over stretched, asking people who were turning up to return in an hour or half an hour, it was very unprofessional and the atmosphere between some colleagues seemed awkward. There were also staff who should have been in who were not and colleagues didn’t know why. The worst bit was hearing a conversation about a customer they didn’t like, completely unprofessional. I would not return ever!

I booked a last minute appointment and when I arrived it seemed that the staff weren’t expecting me. After explaining what I wanted, the hairdresser told me that I should’ve booked in for a different service, despite me not wanting the additional treatment she suggested.
My appointment was extremely rushed with me being in and out within 20 minutes considering I had significant length cut off my hair. I felt very uncomfortable whilst getting my hair cut and wasn’t confident in what was being done to my hair. After leaving the salon and looking at my hair at home, I noticed it hasn’t even been cut evenly.
I’m really disappointed in the service I received whilst at the salon, and won’t be returning. Hopefully nobody else has the same experience I did during their appointment.
