The staff were fantastic and my cut was great - my hair looks and feels so much healthier one week one. It was a manic day in the salon due to sickness and my appointment ran 45 minutes late. I was kept informed and given a free treatment so no problem. I had an upper lip wax too - I think the area to be waxed should be cleaned first rather than the wax straight on. I reacted a bit to the wax but otherwise it was very thorough and not a hair left!
