The hairdresser's professional skills and behaviour were poor. I came to the salon with a very clear request and photo as an example. The stylist persuaded me that it would not work on my hair (even though it was the fringe that I asked for and just a few layers). My hair were cut very unevenly, no layers, the fringe was not what I asked for. I cried when I got home. I had to go to another salon and pay again to get it fixed. The hairdresser has very good personality, but no hairdressing skills.

Nice atmosphere and lovely staff. Stylist was great.. she was very friendly and gave advise on the best cut to suit my face shape. Very happy with the results. I also had my eyebrows done which I wasn’t as happy with as I felt they were threaded far too thin - will be sticking to my usual eyebrow salon in future!

Eyebrow tinting was great - probably the best i've ever had. Eyelash tinting stung a lot but has lasted ages and great depth of colour. Not sure if that's because of the strength of dye or what? Usually it doesn't sting but doesn't last as long. Leg wax was thorough but had leftover wax on my legs and toes and the paper stuck to me.
