Friendly and professional staff, was welcomed to the salon by Ahmet. Both Bayan (threading) and Leila (wax) were fast and effective. Very happy overall both with the treatments and the salon.

This was a really fun visit. My hair is still up in pin curls after a whole shopping trip.

Our staff were perfectly friendly, but ultimately there isn’t much positive to say about my visit. When my boyfriend asked for a volumizing treatment, they sold him a £150 keratin treatment which flattened his hair entirely and gave him a choppy and uneven cut. I asked for light brown highlights and a balayage and now my hair is literally blonde and I’ve had to book with another salon to get it fixed. My hair dye looks patchy and poorly applied. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Even though the staff were friendly, that doesn’t excuse the notch job they did on my hair.
