Paid for full body waxing and when I got there was told didn't cover intimate waxing which it didn't state on the description as no information provided about what it covered. however, Leila very kindly included it for me given the misunderstanding and had a great wax with them again. will visit for my next wax.

The staff were friendly and the venue was clean. However a very loud and noisy salon with really loud, thumping dance music.
The facial was poor really. My skin didn’t feel cleansed or smoother. It just felt the same, disappointing as I was expecting a cleaner, fresher feel which I usually have after a facial.

As always I had a wonderful experience. I reached half an hour early for the appointment, but they accommodated me. Jess did a wonderful job on my eyebrows.
