I have been to this salon twice before and only returned because of James who doesn’t work there anymore but this time was the worst experience I have ever had. I genuinely think they got the receptionist with the pink hair to blowdry my hair as I wasn't even given a name and she looked really young. She kept running to answer the phone and left me waiting at least twice whilst she was on the phone. She hit the brush in my face and literally burnt my head putting the hairdryer too close. I had to ask her to stop and put my hand there as it literally felt like my scalp was on fire and she apologised. Someone with experience or somewhat professional would know not to do that. To top it off, she didn't even put any products on my hair neither was I offered a drink. My blowdry came out as soon as I got home and I will definitely not be returning this time. The salon has really gone downhill and everything was unprofessional from the lady washing my hair who sprayed water on my face to the ‘stylist’ blowdrying my hair. For a city centre location, all the walls and seats were really dirty too which explains why they are considerably cheaper than the rivals nearby
Leila was amazing! such a professional, lovely, talented girl who made the whole experience as good as it possibly be! she went above and beyond to help me with a personal problem too! and my hair stylist was also super nice and talented! cannot recommend them enough xx
