My visit didn’t start off that great. The receptionist that greeted me seemed to treat me differently to the other clients waiting to be seen (e.g. the others were asked if they wanted a drink whereas I was ignored).
The lady that cut my hair was however, absolutely fantastic. She gave me tips on how to treat my hair and was able to provide me with an honest opinion as to the best way to cut my hair.

The staff were nice but there was an hour delay so for the time I only had my full legs and half arm done (they still charged my for the full body wax so was overcharged by nearly £15
