Ok haircut but strange experience. Was asked what I wanted when waiting on the sofa whilst waiting with other people. Hairstylist did not introduce herself so I did not know she was speaking to me and was confused as to why she was asking me what I wanted as she had not said the she was the one that was going to cut my hair. Hair washer and hairstylist were quite rough when washing and combing hair. Have definitely had better experiences at other places!

Good service by staffs there, got asked if I want coffee or tea when I got there. She understood what I wanted, and got my hair sorted exactly as what I asked :) Definitely coming back here again, I loved it!
Blow Dry
Quick, reasonably priced and professional threading, with attention to detail and care for what I wanted. Would definitely recommend!

It’s a shame the service let this place down - arrived 5 mins early and was told I would be waiting for 10 mins until I was seen to. I waited for 35 mins in the end to be sat down, very no explanation of why it was delayed, until I asked why. I understand that previous customers can cause delays, but the salon should have the sense to call upcoming appointments to let them know and advise them that it will impact them.
Once I had sat down, it was obvious the girl couldn’t find the colour chart and I sat in the chair for s further 15 mins whilst watching looking everywhere.
The most disappointing thing however was that I had see the girl who was due to colour/cut my hair, walk around the salon with a cigarette in her hand, go out and smoke, then immediately came back and wrapped towels around my neck and the smell of this was extremely obvious and off putting that her hands hadn’t been washed in between these stages.
A real shame, because the colour and cut I was given was something I’m really happy with, and I would go back again if the service was better, but unfortunately the staff let this place down.
