Pleasantly surprised by the ease of booking and payment. was seen on-time straight away by a very pleasant hairdresser. I requested to have a couple inches off overall with layers refreshed but a little more was taken off. i cant get it in a pony tail now as i hoped but i think this was due to a slight language barrier. Not a massive issue, will just be even clearer next time. despite this i would come again due to the other positive factors and pleasant experience recieved
