Brazilian Waxing
The therapist who carried out my treatment was friendly however her level of expertise was awful. She didn’t hold my skin taunt while caring out the upper leg wax and the treatment was far more painful as a result, the wax was very hot and I have been left with red marks where skin has been taken. (I have been waxed 100’s of times and this was by far the worst wax I have received) she kept saying she couldn’t see hair,I suggest she gets a brighter light for the treatment room or glasses. For the threading my skin was left cut on my upper lip, brow and under my chin. Level of care was poor and she just wasn’t bothered! The room was clean that’s about the only positive, no toilet tissue in the bathroom. I had to tweeze hair that was missed and cover marks left with concealer. Horrible experience. Can’t believe I had to pay for it to be honest. A joke!!
