I arrived on time, the salon was chaotic. I sat for 45 minutes without anyone updating me regarding my appointment. I eventually went to reception who said another 10 minutes. The hairdresser was quite nice but clearly stressed and unfortunately my appointment was rushed. My hair was much shorter than we had discussed. There was a lot of in salon back biting occurring, calling other staff members and at one point someone was crying. TOTAL CHAOS AND UNPROFESSIONAL SALON BADLY MANAGED.

Awful! Booked in for full wax firstly salon over charged me secondly burnt my underarms which 3 days later are still red raw .. left loads of hair on my legs in patches and two big lines of hair left from my holly wood wax which I had to take a razor too completely defeating the purpose of getting the wax. Shown pictures to the manger called numerous times wouldn’t refund until I said I would use the power of social media. Avoid !!!
