The lady was lovely, we chatted and she waxed. When I got home, what a mess! It made me laugh out loud - totally uneven, with 2 tufts left in the middle, although one side was completely bald.
However, I have to take some responsibility as I asked to keep my (small) pants on (I'm a bit shy) and simply pulled them up slightly to let her just wax the edges.
She didn't really take care with what she was doing but for £8 what can I expect?
I will go back, but I'll have a chat first and make sure it's a neat and balanced job this time!
The manicure treatment was very basic.I gave 15 pounds only for a file and a dry remove of culticles. The pedicure treatment was normal but I would prefer a porcelain basin to put on my feet with antiseptic liquid inside. Also the manicurist was without a smile and willingness to help me on something even though I am 37 weeks pregnant.
Red Angel is a strange salon - there are a lot of staff sitting around however they don't seem that engaged. The woman who cut my hair did a good job, and it was quick however I didn't find it a very relaxing experience.
Location is good, easy to find. The salon is huge, very clean and well equipped, with a welcoming reception area. The staff is lovely, I always feel anxious when I'm going to the hairdresser especially if it's a new place but they've made me relaxed pretty quick. I felt welcomed and well treated. I've got a very relaxing hair wash, then one of the hairstylist cut my hair, I showed her a picture and she explained how will the hair cut look on my hair (I have very curly ). She has done what I wanted and gave me advice and tips as well then I've got a lovely blow dry which I really liked. It was good price and I would definetly come back again.
