Couple of details that could be improved. Didn't offer me a drink, didn't hang my jacket up, just put it on the seat of the chair next to me. Finally, couldnt pay by card. So had to go to a cash point, which I was escorted to. They had a machine, but apparently it wasn't working. Very inconvenient as I had no cash whatsoever.
