Lady who did my nasal was friendly and nails look good but she was very rough when filing the top of the nails. Even when I was flinching and said it was catching my skin, she continued to be as rough. 4 of my fingers have cuts around the cuticles where the nail file scraped the skin off. Won't be going back unfortunately.
