Stylist arrived fashionably late - 50 minutes after appointment time. But a member of the staff decided to give me a free hair treatment after I've been waiting 30 minutes so that's not too bad. Happy with my haircut - not much of a chatter throughout but honestly I much prefer it that way - lets the stylists focus on your hair! Great job done.
