Lady was so lovely and very comfortable there however 2 cuticles bleeding from being cut. Male staff outside the window smoking not impressive. Wouldn't say don't go or do go very 50/50.
Manicure
The staff were all really friendly. I arrived 10 minutes early and was seen straightaway. Hair cut was quick but looks great. Blow dry wasn’t as bouncy as I’d like however my hair is super straight naturally so I don’t blame them! They also used a great product which left my hair all vibrant and shiny. Salon did look like it had seen better days though
Ladies' Haircuts
Had a lovely blowdry from The Red Angel Hair Company, however, had to wait for 20 minutes after my actual booking time to actually get served properly - despite arriving early. Staff did apologise and were generally quite attentive. Will be visiting again.
Blow Dry
The pedicure part was ok, but the polish used was not Shellac, but some other (cheap) brand that is not that nice (the finish is not that deep even colour you want). Also, I had to pay extra as the removal and shellac I booked included only scrapping of the old polish and repainting my toes! For £30 that’s not a good deal at all. I paid another £5 to have the cuticle work and foot scrub done. The nail technician was great, but everything else about the place was not up to my standards. Don’t think I’ll go back.
