This was a dissapointing visit. I had to wait 20 mins to be seen, there were reception staff sitting on the entrance sofas that ignored me as I waited at the reception desk. No conditioner. Hairdresser told me how stressed out she was and that they didn't have enough qualified staff and was only half concentrating. I had to direct her throughout the cut asking for things I could see she was not doing what I asked for and I am no hairdresser! Hair is passable but not great.
Reception staff were friendly and Sara is a true artist. Relaxed and extremely professional with amazing attention to detail. Even the coffee was great. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be going back.
One particular staff member at reception was speaking in quite a rude tone. I had booked online because it was a gift for a friend and she didn't need to know what I had paid and be made to feel bad. However the lady at reception seemed very confused by such a simple booking. It was 2 manicures and 2 pedicures which had been booked and paid for online. When we were about to leave she asked for a payment reference which the salon have a copy of anyway and was adamant that we must show payment reference which I did after looking through a few emails. The pedicure was lovely and so was the lady called Bayan who did it. The manicure on the other hand was awful- no cuticles were removed and it was very rushed.
