Elizabeth as a person was lovely. But my overall treatment was not good. She reassured me that when my hair turned out grey and purple ‘it would wash out’ as i was meant to have blonde highlights. 3 days later my hair especially in my roots is silver and purple. Feel just embarrassed , paid a lot for my hair to feel worse
