I went for a bikini wax but hadn't been in more than a year. I didn't know I should have trimmed beforehand so the clinician said there wasn't much she could do in some areas. I had to come back the next day. At another salon, the clinician just took more time and did the hair trimming and all. I don’t know who was at fault here, but my tip is to warn them over the phone and ask for instructions if you're a beginner.
