I specially booked a conditioning hair mask as a stand alone treatment. It was meant to be about 20 mins with no blow dry.
The treatment was put on great and then I was left to let it soak for 10+ mins.
After this I continued to sit for 10+ minutes with no one around. I was then advised the trainee would wash my hair AFTER he had washed another clients’.
The trainee admitted he was not trained to work on curly hair - he should not have been put in that position. I left with frizzy hair
