Usually I have quite a good experience here, but unfortunately this therapist was really rushing me, was quite rough with my face and also missed quite a few areas (including chin and cheeks) which I wasn't happy with. Was also quite rude when i had asked to be seen quicker as I had waited 10 minutes past my appointment time and was in a rush.

Good treatment and quick but there is always a waiting time even though you arrive on time/early for your appointment and there were areas missed on my face
