The actual pedicure was good BUT I’ve never when booking a shellac pedi had to pay for removal of previous polish (there was very minimal left and took a max of 5 mins to remove) and was charged £10 on top, this should be clear on booking. Isn’t. The footstool isn’t fixed which isn’t comfy as kept thinking was slipping. For £45 in total I’d expect to have had a fantastic experience but am left with a bit of a bitter taste.
