Happy with my lashes,didn’t want to leave this review but felt like I should. Halfway thru my appt another beautician came in calling my name, read my mobile number out, said she’d called me 2x to move my appt due to it being out of hours. I explained I hadn’t been receiving all iMessages and phone calls that week due to an issue with my phone. I was lying on the bed with my eyes taped shut, being told I shouldn’t be there. I felt beyond awkward&vulnerable and it felt very unprofessional

She definitely knew what she was doing I loved the atmosphere and it was so relaxing! She made me feel so comfortable and gave me advice on what to use for my skin, will definitely be coming here for my facials from now on.
