Really disappointed in the overall service and result. I never complain about any service but this was honestly shocking from start to finish. Won’t be returning, can’t believe it spent £50 and my eyelashes are half gone and lifted in completely different directions.

I always get my waxing done with Tina, she is amazing. Very thorough and does a good job. Been to many places, they rush you and leave half broken hair on skin but Tina takes her time and checks if she’s missed any hair. I really like her thoroughness so I always wax with her.
