Not a very positive experience have cuts on my fingers from the poor filing which were bleeding during the appointment.

My eyebrows were done in a very good quality. The staff were very warm and kind. I enjoyed my experience there.

Bad communication! Went over my underarms 6/7 times despite me saying it was so painful, had burn marks for the following week. Threading also very painful and left me with cuts and scars. I do these treatments all the time and they are never this sore!

Lady was very nice however not happy about the treatment I received. Nails smudges and started chipping. Acrylics were not glued on properly. Very disappointed. Waste of money
