there was confusion on behalf of the salon and treatwell. I had arrived on time for my appointment but the staff weren't aware of the booking. I was then brought into the treatment room the service was so-so. I had paid £90 for a back facial and a full facial. TBH the ambience and products used was not up to my standards for the amount of money I paid. I'm afraid I wouldn't return as the back facial which was meant to last 1hr and ten minutes only lasted 45 minutes. however the therapist did extend the time spent on my facial.

Had booked online for a wash and blowdry. Even had booked for long hair. When I reached the salon was asked the type of blowdry I required after which my hair was washed. But just before the blow dry was told the price will be higher now as the prices on the web were for straight dry only. Which was not the case and more so should have been told before the wash.
