Emma was very friendly & the service was quite speedy! Giving it a 3 because it was almost too quick (we were done in 5-10 mins), part of my private area now has light minor burns (I winced a couple times during the session & mentioned the wax felt hotter than usual - turns out, it was), & I noticed the tweezer tool wasn't sitting in antibacterial/ sanetising liquid prior to picking out a couple hairs that didn't come off on the strip (perhaps it was taken out of it right before my session, I'm not sure). I also had to do a bit of checking with my own tweezer once I got home, since she didn't take more time at the end to review her work. The venue was otherwise clean, & as I mentioned - Emma seemed very friendly & nice.
