I bawled my eyes out on the street when I left this salon and spent an hour walking around Islington on a Sunday begging anyone to give me a walk in. My eyelashes and eyebrow treatment were so rushed, no consultation at all, and it meant I was totally horrified by my face afterwards because Emma wouldn’t take the time to ask me what I wanted. These treatments are not one size fits all - there needs to be some level of getting to know what your customer wants. I really recommend you skip.

Really great service, she was so friendly and took further lengths to sort out my previous lashes which had gone awry. Even though they didn’t do removals she did it for me as she wouldn’t have been content to do an infill job. They look beautiful and walked away beaming

I honestly don’t know where all these positive reviews come from.First of all I turned 3 min before my appointment time but I was already called by the therapist ( as if I am running late??).I wasn’t even asked how I want my lashes to look like.My own lashes were not prepared in any way, the end result awful, people been commenting saying they look messy. The way therapist spoke to me and commented on my own lashes was unacceptable. Maybe she chose not to like me? Disappointing experience.
