I booked for "Full volume" and on arrival was told "No, I don't don't do this. I will do this". I usually have 8-11mm, the following answer was "No. I will do 7-10". New "full set" looks like I have had this for good 2 weeks and need infils already. Some of the new lashes are added to mid of my lash, looks untidy and not straight. Emel said lashes will last for 4 weeks. It's 5 days after the appointment, my lashes has gaps all over. Worst quality job I have ever had.

The piercing appointment was very fast and very cleanly. Would defo recommend and go again for another piercing!
