Me and my friend both booked in with Emma (we had our appointments back to back). She was incredibly lovely and I was completely blown away with the result of both of our eyelashes! Will definitely be back!

I am an affectionate client for Emma’s eyelashes extensions service. The whole experience is relaxing and I feel like I am treating myself, fancy and clean environment, Emma is doing everything to make you feel comfortable and the final look is stunning and so natural, as I like it ✨✨

1. It felt very rushed, roughly took 30mins (might be a good thing for some)
2. But as a result 1 eye had more eyelash extensions than the other.
3. Pointed out that 1 eye isn’t as good & wispy due to the direction of my eyelashes. But don’t understand why 1 eye has disproportionately less? seemed like I was kicked out after another customer knocked.
4. She did not wear a mask despite having a cold, I got sick after (that said I take responsibility that I should have worn a mask)

Emma was very quick and clearly a professional, however after having my appointment rescheduled at the last minute it felt rushed. I wasnt consulted about the kind of lashes I wanted (shape, length etc) and despite emphasising I was keen to keep it natural, I left with heavy lashes that aren’t my normal style that have since been prone to tangling. Despite messaging Emma to follow up with this feedback I felt brushed off and advised to wait it out. Not the experience or result I’d hoped for.

My brow lamination was really rushed. There was no discussion about how I wanted my eyebrows to look and there was no trimming or styling at all. The hairs ended up curling back on themselves so they look awful. Would not recommend.
