I found Emma very professional and I would definitely recommend her, however I have very bad Agoraphobia and cannot go back for those reasons. NO infringement on Emma's ability, I've seen her work, she is amazing, but the steps are too narrow for me and it's in the basement, so it would create havoc on my anxieties. There are also a few flies in the room and I would definitely move my head during treatment, so it wouldn't work for me. Also the extra charge for shading just the ends?

I had lost a lot of lashes and Emma made a great refill. My eyelashes always look natural and a bit dramatic too. I highly recommend this high level of service
